By accessing and using METR's medical transport services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
METR provides professional medical transportation services, including emergency and non-emergency transport, medical equipment delivery, and related dispatch services. Our services are available 24/7 throughout the Greater Metro Area.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, METR does not guarantee that services will be available at all times. We may experience occasional downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept various forms of payment and work with most insurance providers. Rates and fees are subject to change with proper notice.
Non-emergency transport services may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement.
METR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
METR provides transportation services only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In case of medical emergencies, always call 911 immediately.
METR reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which METR operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
